At STEMinNM, our Mini-Grant Success Stories showcase how small investments are creating meaningful STEM and STEAM learning opportunities for students and educators across New Mexico—from hands-on engineering and computer science projects to art-integrated, culturally responsive, and community-driven learning experiences. STEMinNM Mini-grant: Diné Mathematical Reasoning Through Land and Culture
During our first family Math night. Students and families played Kahoot and their response had to be in Diné (Navajo) Language.

STEMinNM Mini-grant: Raton OST Cyber Security, AI & Robotics
Raton Intermediate School hosted the very first STEAM day this past Friday. We introduced students to the magic of green-screening during a film session, and taught the students how to assemble these cool STEM Kits.
